Da Burger

One day, some time back, when my dad was still around, I was to make dinner for the both of us. I can't remember where my mum went, must be somewhere out there gallivanting with her friends (heh).

I was too lazy to cook anything up. So, me being me, I used whatever is available to be made in the shortest amount of time and easiest to make.

So I found 2 wholemeal buns in the fridge. Slice them down the middle into 2. Then I fried 2 eggs - how easy was that? Slap on some butter onto the buns. Put on the egg. Washed some vege. Cut a tomato. A slice of cheese. Some chilli sauce that I cannot leave without.

And Voila!

My cousin saw the picture of the burger and asked me where I bought that burger. Haha!

And this burger reminds me of me sharing dinner with Daddy dearest.

One Night Stand

I call this the One Night Stand flower. Its supposed to be a rare blooming flower but the plant in my house has been blooming every now and then. Highest record so far was 70+ blooms in one night.

The flower only begins to bloom at around 9pm. It's petals will slowly open and reach full bloom at midnight. The flower will release a kind of fragrant smell which is soothing to the sense of smell. Once it reach full bloom, it will stay for about 1-2 hours and by morning it drops dead. Hence the name.

I can't find the actual name for this flower. Will do some research and put up some educational tips on "One Night Stand".
